1. Seller identification

The online shop www.tiendaajedrezescacimat.es is managed by ESCACIMAT, SLU.

2. Purpose and acceptance of the conditions

These conditions regulate purchases made through our online shop. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions of sale.

EscaciMat reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The applicable conditions will be those in force at the time the order is placed.

3. Products and availability

In our online shop we display products related to chess, school material, clocks, boards, pieces, books and other accessories.

All orders are subject to stock availability. If a product is not available after the purchase has been made, we will contact you to inform you and offer an alternative, an estimated delivery time or the corresponding refund.

Some products may be prepared to order or may require additional preparation time, especially if they are personalised or have special conditions.

4. Prices

Prices shown in the shop are expressed in euros and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are not always included in the product price and are calculated automatically during checkout, according to the destination, weight, volume and items in the order.

Orders over €90 may benefit from free shipping, according to the applicable conditions shown during checkout.

5. Purchase process and order confirmation

To make a purchase, the customer must select the desired products, add them to the cart and complete the purchase process by entering billing, delivery and payment details.

The purchase will be considered confirmed once the order process has been successfully completed and the corresponding confirmation has been received.

EscaciMat reserves the right not to accept an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, lack of availability, incomplete data or payment issues.

6. Payment methods

The available payment methods may include:
• Bank card
• PayPal
• Bank transfer
• Financing, when available
• Other methods enabled in the shop

The exact options will be shown during checkout depending on the type of order and the settings available in the online shop.

7. Shipping and delivery

National shipments are mainly carried out through Correos and Correos Express. Some small products may also be sent by economy letter.

Estimated delivery times:
• Correos standard: 1 to 4 working days.
• Correos Express: 1 to 2 working days.

For international shipments, EscaciMat may work with carriers such as UPS, SEUR or other operators depending on the destination and characteristics of the order.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to availability, holidays, logistics incidents, order volume or customs processes at destination.

8. Invoicing

EscaciMat issues invoices for completed transactions. The invoice may be downloaded from the customer account or sent by email where applicable.

If you need an invoice with specific tax details, you can indicate this during the order or contact us after the purchase.

9. Returns

The customer has a period of 30 days to request the return of an order, according to the conditions indicated on our returns page.

If the product is defective, damaged or does not correspond to the order placed, EscaciMat will review the issue and offer the appropriate solution.

10. Warranty

Products sold by EscaciMat include the corresponding legal warranty. In the event of an issue, please contact us explaining the problem and, if possible, attach photos or useful information so we can review the case.

In order to process any warranty claim, it is important to keep the proof of purchase.
