Shipping methods
At EscaciMat, we ship chess material throughout Spain and also offer international shipping. We work with reliable transport services so that you receive your order quickly and safely.
Free shipping on orders over €90.
National shipping
We ship within Spain using Correos and Correos Express. During checkout, you will see the available shipping options according to the products added to your cart and the delivery address.
The delivery times shown are approximate and always refer to working days. During special campaigns, holidays, transport incidents or bulky orders, delivery times may vary.
Shipping options in Spain
• Correos standard: estimated delivery in 1 to 4 working days.
• Correos Express: estimated delivery in 1 to 2 working days.
• Economy letter: available only for some small or low-volume products.
The exact shipping options will be shown in the cart or during checkout, depending on the type of product, weight, volume and delivery address.
Free shipping from €90
Orders over €90 qualify for free shipping, provided that the conditions shown in the shop during checkout are met.
If the order includes very bulky, heavy, personalised products or items with special conditions, the system will show the available options before completing the purchase.
Products that can be sent as a letter
Some small, light or low-volume products may be sent by letter or economy shipping. This option can be more affordable for certain items.
If a product allows this type of shipping, the option will appear during checkout. Not all products can be sent as a letter, especially if they are fragile, bulky or require additional protection.
Order preparation
Orders are prepared on working days. If the product is in stock, does not require personalisation and the order is placed before 4:00 p.m., we usually try to prepare and ship it the same working day.
Orders placed during weekends, holidays or outside preparation hours will be processed on the next working day.
Personalised or made-to-order products
Some personalised products, made-to-order items or products with special requirements may need additional preparation time.
If your order includes this type of product, the shipping time may start once the product is ready.
International shipping
We also offer international shipping. The available options will depend on the destination country, the weight, the volume of the order and the type of product.
For international shipments, we may work with agencies such as UPS, SEUR or other transport providers available according to destination and order conditions.
For shipments outside the European Union, customs procedures, taxes or import costs may apply at destination. These costs, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility.
How can I know the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is calculated automatically during checkout, according to the delivery address, weight, volume and products added to the cart.
Before confirming the order, you will be able to see the available transport options and the corresponding cost. If your order exceeds €90, free shipping will be applied when applicable.
