Dynamic Chess Strategy

Publication of Dynamic Chess Strategy in 1991 was a breath of fresh air in the literature in Chess. This exceptional work of Mihai Suba faced a taboo subject: the dynamic potential of a chess position. Suba showed that the traditional concept of "better position" was often static and irrelevant, and that the classical strategy, if implemented dogmatically, can prevent you from finding the right plan.

The author received the prestigious award from the British Chess Federation for the best book of 1991 and the work was immediately greeted with enthusiasm as a "modern classic". His influence and reputation was tremendous worldwide, until after almost twenty years, Mihai Suba decided to update and add new and entertaining lectures in the English edition of New in Chess. This book includes 36 spectacular games annotated in great detail. The author insists that there is a relationship between tactics and strategy beyond what they think the different chess currents, now, with many of his theories and proven in practice.
