Transverse thumbnails 1

Collection of dossiers based on chess miniatures and grouped into three levels of difficulty (green, yellow and red, from simple to more complex).

Each dossier contains three thumbnails (short games where serious mistakes are made). Two sets of exercises related to the model are proposed from each one.

The first series allows to review and introduce the basic concepts of the game of chess in a global and interrelated way.

In the second series, transversal exercises are proposed to stimulate learning by competences based on content about the competitive chess world.

Recommended for the stages of primary (upper cycle) and ESO, both for school hours and for extracurricular activities. It is necessary that students already know how to move the pieces.
