This work reviews with great detail Magnus Carlsen's career from its beginnings to achieving world title in November 2013 In a carefully edited, annotated profusely present the hundred best games of Carlsen over that period, including the most relevant to a total of 96 wins and 4 tables Norwegian champion.

GM Miguel Illescas directed and edited this work, offering his personal vision of each of the one hundred games, and thoroughly analyzing a number of them. In this task he is accompanied by experienced authors as GM Amador Rodriguez and MI Angel Martin and Michael Rahal, although the book also features contributions of other graduates, as GM Jesus de la Villa and Andres Alejo Rodriguez and MI of Dovitiis and Roi Reinaldo.

Two items discussed by Carlsen himself are also included, and often refer to comments on his own games Magnus is made, which provides first hand the thought of the new chess world champion.

In addition to the explanatory texts and annotated games, the book includes many photographs, some little known, as well as several exclusive interviews. We also offer the leaderboards of the major tournaments and several benchmarks. And to round off the top ten games of the match for the world title, four widely discussed included.
